1. Program Overview

The program is designed to give you a balance of focused remote work at FUTRWORKS and authentic local experiences.

Dates: Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026.
*Event fee includes 1-month 24/7 coworking access which can be activated on any day between September 1 – 9

🏢 1-Month Premium Workspace Access: Work from the 26th floor with panoramic city views, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 24/7 access at FUTRWORKS (Umeda, Osaka).

🌿 The Kasagi Retreat Pilot Program (Sep 18–19): Escape the city to hidden Kyoto for nature immersion, local food, and cultural connection.
*Note: This program is Officially selected and subsidized by the Japan Tourism Agency
In return, we kindly request your flexibility in adhering to the set schedule and your active participation in providing feedback about each activity during your stay.

2. Participation Pricing

■ Regular: 35,200 JPY / person
Limited Availability. Participation is based on a review process.
Applications are reviewd on a rolling basis, and you will receive your result within 3-5 business days.

5. Who Can Join & Requirements

■ ​Eligibility: Remote Professionals: Startups, remote employees, and digital nomads currently traveling the world.
*Limited Availability. Participation is based on a review process (takes 3-5 working days)

■ ​Participant Commitments:
To help us grow and share the FUTRFEST story, we ask all participants to:
・Kasagi Retreat Feedback: Complete short surveys on your experience (workspace, some activities) for the JTA pilot program.
・​Share your experience: Post at least once on your social media during the event, tagging #FUTRWORKS.
・Leave a review: Write a quick review on Google Maps to help spread the word about our community.

■ Official Event Communications:
・To ensure seamless and timely communication for all attendees, all essential event information – including important reminders, program updates, and real-time announcements during the event – will be shared exclusively via WhatsApp. Participants are required to have an active WhatsApp account and agree to receive communications through this channel for smooth participation in FUTRFEST2026 Autumn.
