【Pricing & Room Options】
・Monthly rates currently range from JPY 210,000 to JPY 390,000, depending on room type and occupancy.
・Initial costs from JPY 38,000. Additional occupant charges apply.
・Room sizes range from 23.31 m² to 47.09 m², with layouts from 1K to 2LDK for 1 to 3 people.
・FUTRWORKS service for one person is included in the monthly rent.

Our first FutrStays residence is Geoent Umeda Kita Riverfront, a newly built apartment residence completed in March 2026. Located within walking distance of the Umeda Sky Building and the Umekita area, it offers a calm local setting with easy access to central Osaka.
Set slightly away from the noise of major tourist areas, it is ideal for guests looking for a more relaxed and focused lifestyle while still staying connected to the city. Depending on the room, guests can enjoy beautiful river views over the Yodo River or inspiring city views toward the Umeda Sky Building.

The residence is within walking distance of the Umeda Sky Building and the Umekita area, and FUTRWORKS is approximately a 25-minute walk or a 15-minute train ride away, making it easy to incorporate both work and city life into your daily routine.

✅ Room details, availability, and applications are handled by APJ.
✅ Move-in on the first day requires an in-person visit to FUTRWORKS on weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Japan time).
✅ FutrStays is offered under a fixed-term residential lease agreement.
✅ Room availability is limited and subject to change.
