Membership conditions

With the mission of revitalizing the Osaka/Umeda area, FUTRWORKS provides a variety of support in both hardware and software as a platform to realize the creation of next-generation industries. Therefore, when joining, we conduct a screening process based on the following criteria:

A growth-oriented startup model that aims to develop new business models and products (services) using cutting-edge technology and unprecedented approaches, with an eye toward global expansion.

New businesses based on existing business models and small to medium-sized stable business models are not eligible.

Admission to FUTRWORKS will be decided after reviewing the content listed in the web entry form and conducting an interview.

Startup Terms of Use

  • Basic fee: 26,400 yen per month (13,200 yen per month for a 2nd and 3rd member)
  • Up to 3 people can be registered to use the space.
  • Half of the monthly fee will be charged as an administration fee in the month of enrollment.
  • The basic usage fee includes the following facilities for a set period of time.
    [Meeting Rooms] 16 free hours/month　[Telephone Booths] 16 free hours/month
  • Additional fees will be charged for address use (mail receipt, registration, etc.) and locker use.
  • Startup members must have an interview with our facility managers at least once every six months.​
  • Should the facility manager determine that the startup member meets any of the following criteria,the startup member's contract may not be renewed.
  1. If the member is determined to have lost the will to develop their business.
  2. If it is determined that the member is no longer able to continue developing their business.
  3. If the member themself has determined that their business has reached a scale sufficient to set up an independent business site.

*Please contact us separately for the price of a private office (2 to 4 people).
Besides the price, terms of use are the same as for coworking spaces.​
